In that case you would have to report it to MS as a BUG using the FEEDBACK process That would suggest that the problem is in Excel itself. Start by recreating just one chart and see if the problem still exists in the new file. Yes, I know it is a PITA having to recreate documents. If you do copy anything, like large amounts of data, make sure that it has been saved in text format so that any possible excel formatting is gone. Try recreating, NOT copying, the spreadsheet and charts. Another possibility is that there is some sort of minor corruption in the file structure.
